What can I expect in my first session?

In an initial session we will talk through some of the formalities and processes of counseling and the things that got you where you are today. We will collaborate on some goals for our work together. And we will plot a path forward, along with scheduling a follow-up session.

You can expect to do the talking and to leave with an idea of what’s to come.

What are your fees?

I offer a free 15 minute consultation call in case you’re curious to see if we may be a good fit.

My session rate is $155 for a 50 minute session. I also offer a limited number of reduced rate spots so please inquire about current availability, where needed.

Do you take insurance?

Yes! I accept Aetna and Cigna. And I can provide a receipt or superbill for other insurance providers.

My office is just south of Old Hickory Blvd. in Brentwood, Tennessee.
