I grew up locally, in Franklin, Tennessee and after several years away, landed back in East Nashville. For college, In my first career, I spent years working in the fashion industry in New York and Los Angeles, and fulfilling a childhood dream. Along with life’s shifts and changes, I found my way back to school for a graduate degree in mental health, at Belmont University + career change.
I have always felt strongly about offering to others the opportunities offered to me; along the way, growth and healing became some of those opportunities. My own journey has shown me the value of safe, supportive people and places, and shifted my view on most things, including therapy. I consider it an honor to get a front row seat to the healing and change of my clients’, and a sacred space to be invited into.
When I’m not working I can be found outside, with my kids, and exploring new places.
