therapy for women and couples in Brentwood, Tennessee

Find your voice. Learn to ask for more. Manage your anxiety instead of it managing you.

You’re brave to try something new. And you’re in the right place.

Most of my clients feel…

stuck in old patterns, that they can’t find their voice, like they want a new depth in their relationships and that they know there is more.

Most of my clients are navigating…

transitions and life changes, anxiety, disconnection in their relationships, loss, depression, caring for aging parents, women’s issues, infidelity, the impact of active addiction within their family, religious trauma.

Hi, I’m Katherine.

I offer individual counseling for adult women, couples therapy and premarital counseling. I am interested in working with the whole person — their practices, systems, and tools — to pursue wellness. My work with clients involves a trauma-informed and attachment lens.

In therapy we can begin to uncover and understand the impact of one’s journey on the way they view themselves and the world. The goal is to heal from, and overcome, our stories in order to live in line with our values. I have found in my own story that therapy can be a place to uncover the strength needed in becoming the best version of ourselves. This is my hope for you, too.

“Therapy is not about becoming, it’s about unbecoming all the things you believed you had to be, to be loved.”
